- The Promoter is KP Snacks Limited, The Urban Building, 3-9 Albert Street, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 2BE, United Kingdom (“the Promoter”).
- Entrants must be aged 18 and over.
- Entry is open to registered sites of Sodexo, Compass Group, CH&CO or Aramark (‘the Partner’) with a valid trade account located in the United Kingdom (“Participants”). Participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions in order to qualify for a chance to win a prize.
- To enter, Participants must purchase 10 cases of Tyrrells 40g set out in the table below, (“Qualifying Products”) to be in with a chance to have applied to each winner’s trade account one of 3 X £1000 cash prize

- Participants do not need to purchase the cases of Qualify Products in one transaction, any cases of the qualifying brands purchased between 1st November 2023 and 30st November 2023 (“Promotional Term”) will count towards the cases required to qualify for the prize draw. Any returns or non-deliveries will not count.
- Winner Notification: The 3 Winners will be contacted by Altavia HRG by phone to notify and confirm their acceptance of the prize and their eligibility, within 7 days after the prize draw is held on the 15th December 2023, using the contact details provided on entry. Winners must provide at least one of (i) a valid email address (only if they have an active PayPal account); (ii) a UK registered bank account number and sort code; or (iii) a GB address; for Prizes to be sent. Prizes will be delivered within 28 days of provision of information required under this paragraph 12, by the relevant Winner. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect information supplied by any Winner.
- Participants can win a maximum of one prize.
- Neither the Promoter nor Partner will be responsible for any other costs associated with the prize including any tax liability
- The prize is supplied by HRG (UK) Limited (“The Supplier”). The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
- The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails [email protected] within one month after the Promotion Period stated in condition 3. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please inform us using the email address set out in this paragraph 10. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
- Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

- The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
